 This Volcano, like all previous varieties, offers the same great compact growth habit, fragrance, long bloom and extreme tolerance for the powdery mildew that plagues most phlox. Because it's lower growing and compact, it won't flop when in bloom or after it rains, meaning it is a low maintenance star. Plant 'Volcano Medley' in full sun to partial shade in fairly fertile, moist, well-drained soil, then stand back and enjoy the show.
